When you add your pin to the fan map, we collect the following information:

• Nickname: The display name you choose (up to 50 characters)
• City: Your city name as selected from the search
• Country: Your country (derived from city selection)
• Coordinates: Latitude and longitude of your city (not your exact location)
• Timestamp: When you added your pin and consented

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to display your pin on the fan map. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than showing where fans of the Not For Radio Podcast are located around the world.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar privacy regulations, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of your data at any time
• Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your data
• Right to Export: You can export your data in a portable format
• Right to Rectification: You can request corrections to your data

Data Export

You can export your data by visiting /api/fans/export?nickname=YOUR_NICKNAME with your exact nickname. This will return all data associated with your pin in JSON format.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email us at upthewahs@akusasdesign.com with the nickname associated with your pin. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Nominatim (OpenStreetMap): For city search and geocoding
• Neon: Database hosting for storing fan data
• Vercel: Website hosting

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. This cookie is essential for the operation of the site and stores only whether you have accepted or declined cookies. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
